This journal, Legal Right, has been created to fill a void. While there is plenty of commentary on and analysis of legal news and events from the liberal side (see most of the columnists on FindLaw, or Lincoln Caplan's new publication, "Legal Affairs"), there does not exist, in print or elsewhere, a journal offering such commentary from the conservative/libertarian perspective. Thus this Blog. We will in this space offer timely commentary on the legal news of the day, skewering the leftists who would re-write our Constitution out of existence, and exposing the hypocrisy and partisanship of liberal toadies such as the American Bar Association and most of legal academia. We will seek to pursue our mission in a manner that is both entertaining and informative, for both legal and non-legal professionals. We invite your comments and input.
