Scalia Refuses to Recuse in Cheney Case

Justice Scalia made the right choice when he refused to recuse himself from the Cheney case. The liberal squawkers cannot be allowed to improperly influence the composition of the courts, as it appears they attempted to do in connection with the Sixth Circuit's consideration of the University of Michigan affirmative action cases.

what I meant by that last post -- who gives a hoot what Ted Kennedy thinks with respect to the Prior appointment. The guy (My Big Fat Obnoxious Senator, that is) got booted from law school, for Pete;s sake.
