Fieger's an Ass -- Huge Surprise

It appears that a Michigan appellate court has overturned a jury award in favor of a client of Geoffrey Fieger because Fieger acted like an ass. Not a big surprise. This guy is basically a worthless loudmouth who would do anything to get himself press.

I'm Sure Geragos Loves This

Crime & Federalism: Funny stuff.

Where's Barry Scheck When We Need Him?

I just LOVE the Iraqui's. I'm just waiting for the fools from the Innoncence Project to claim that Saddam shouldn't be executed because we may have the wrong guy, and the DNA can prove it.

Funny Stuff

Thank you, Mr. Poon!

Arlen? Non!

We have decided that we will NOT vote for Arlen Specter in November. Stay tuned for our endorsement.

Confirm Claude Allen

As usual, Boyden Gray is absolutely right in this piece on National Review Online. Gray's criticisms of the left wing groups opposed to Allen's nomination are dead on accurate.

More on Holmes

This excellent piece assessing the Holmes vote appears on MSNBC.com today. Sound analysis suggesting that the vote on Holmes doesw not bode well for Kerry/Edwards hopes of carrying Arkansas this year.

Leon Holmes Confirmed

Anything that pisses off People for the American Way makes me happy. Leon Holmes deserved to be confirmed, and we are pleased that he was, finally. On a related note, Kay Bailey Hutchison has a lot of 'splaining to do.
